She’MITE Sports CenTec is a charitable non-profit leadership organization founded by Sherrita Coleman — a visionary leader dedicated to empowering others through action, integrity, and inspiration. At the heart of our mission is the belief that leading by example and uplifting others through mentorship, education, and encouragement lays the foundation for building strong character, generational wealth, and thriving communities.

Our goal is to provide safe, engaging, and purposeful recreational, STEM-based, and social programs for children and youth of all ages — especially those from underserved backgrounds. Through youth clubs and community centers, we focus on nurturing leadership, social development, and character-building.
